College named on Pranab Mukherjee's father

Kamda Kinkar Mukhopadyaya was a� great educationist and social worker. The College is with best infrastructure and is affiliated to Kalyani University,West Bengal, President Pranab Mukherjee, Governor West Bengal, M K Narayanan and Professor Rattan Lal Hangloo, Vice -Chancellor (originally from Kokernag Kashmir) were the special invitees in this function. Prof Hangloo was not only invited because the college falls under Kalyani University's� Jurisdiction but also because Professor Hangloo is acknowledged� as one of the most dynamic Vice-Chancellors.
