CJM refuses to stay CCI election

Excelsior CorrespondentJAMMU, Apr 21: Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM), Jammu, Jatinder Singh Jamwal today dismissed the application filed by Rajan Dutta seeking stay on the election of Chamber of Commerce and Industry.Meanwhile, Principal Sessions Judge Jammu Jang Bhadur Singh Jamwal, in an appeal filed by Rajan Dutta against the order of CJM Jammu, issued notice to Chamber of Commerce and Industry through its General Secretary, President Chamber of Commerce and Industry & Election President Anil Kapahi, which was accepted by Advocate Sachin Gupta on behalf of respondents.
