CAD Deptt employees apprise officers of their demands

Excelsior CorrespondentJAMMU, Jan 16: A deputation of the Command Area Development Department Employees� Association Jammu along with general body employees,� led by Ghulam Mohd Malik,� president of� the Association,� called on Administrative heads of the Command Area� Development Department Jammu and highlighted their demands.The deputation met� Director Command Area Development Department, S Jatinder Singh, Chief Agriculture Officer Narinder Misra, Project Officer Soil and Water Management� A K Dubey, Accounts Officer and Assistant Director Planning to apprise them about the long pending demands of the CAD borne employees. The employees appealed the authorities� to� concede their genuine demands� at an earliest.The demands, highlighted during the meeting, included;� conducting� DPC meeting of all cadres of CAD borne employees,� approval of Service recruitment rule of both gazetted and non gazetted posts or CAD Department,� adjustment of all CAD borne staff within the jurisdiction or CAD Department Jammu,� creation of posts of JAEOs in CAD Deptt Jammu on� Kashmir pattern and� stopping� deputation� of employees from Agriculture Department Jammu to CAD Department Jammu against� all� non -gazetted posts.The officers gave a patient hearing to the employees and assured that their genuine demands would be considered on priority.Later on,� all the employees also appealed to the� Minister for Agriculture,� J&K State and�� Commissioner/Secretary� Agriculture Production Department J&K to concede their demands.The employees, who comprised the deputation,� included� S Jaswant Singh Sudan (Chairman),� Surindcr Singh (vice president), .Chaman Lal Verma (general secretary), Udhay Kumar,� Nand Kishore (cashier) and others.
