Boy drowns in pond

Excelsior CorrespondentUDHAMPUR, June 15: An eleven-year old boy got drowned after he fell in a pond at Barolla in Udhampur. The deceased was identified as Shunu son of Des Raj of Barolla.Meanwhile, Police�� today recovered� body� of� the truck driver� who was� washed away due to flash flood in Birmah Nallah� on Tuesday. The body� was recovered� from Chilla Surinser� about� 60 Km from the Birma Nallah spot where the deceased Suraj Larkash son of Sandokhu Ram of Rathian Udhampur had washed away.Police party took the body� to District Hospital Udhampur for Postmortem and then handed it over to the family members for the last rites
