Arora placed as SE

Excelsior Correspondent JAMMU, Mar 9: Public Works (R&B) Department has ordered placement of Vijay Kumar Arora, Incharge Executive Engineer (Mechanical) as Incharge Superintending Engineer (Mechanical). The order in this regard was issued by Principal Secretary Shailendra Kumar.
