Amarnath yatri from UP dies, toll touches 39

SRINAGAR :  A pilgrim from Uttar Pradesh died due to cardiac arrest near the holy Amarnath cave shrine in south Kashmir Himalayas. With this, a total of 39 pilgrims have died since the commencement of the annual pilgrimmage from June 28.    A yatra official said 55-year-old Biswah Mohan Gupta suffered a massive cardiac arrest near the holy cave shrine last night. He was rushed to medical camp where he was declared brought dead. (AGENCIES)
