Accident victim succumbs

Excelsior CorrespondentJAMMU, Oct 1: An accident victim today succumbed to her injuries here at Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH).According to a police spokesperson, a woman identified as Janak Dulari (57) wife of Madan Mohan, a resident of Kacchi Chawani, was seriously injured on July 5, 2015 after she was hit by a speeding bike here at Kacchi Chawani.�Since then the woman was undergoing treatment here at GMCH, where she expired today�, the spokesperson said, adding the body of the deceased was handed over to her legal heirs for last rites.The concerned police has taken cognizance of the matter.
