Absconder arrested

Excelsior Correspondent DODA, June 18: Police arrested an absconder, who was at large since long. As per police sources, a team from Bhaderwah police station conducted raid in Gandoh area and arrested an absconder, who was evading his arrest since long. The accused has been identified as Mushtaq Ahmed, son of Mohammad Ramzan Sheikh of Soti, Tehsil Gandoh. He was involved in a case registered under FIR Number 271/1998 under Section 354 RPC with police station Bhaderwah. Court of Sub Judge Bhaderwah has also issued warrant under Section 512 CrPC against the absconder on October 11, 2011. The absconder was produced in the Court at Bhaderwah, from where he was further dispatched to judicial lock-up.
