4 KAS officers promoted

Excelsior CorrespondentJAMMU, Feb 28: Government today ordered placement of four KAS officers against the available vacancies of Special Scale� of KAS on stop-gap arrangement in their own pay and grade.The officers include Anil Koul, Shabnam Kamili, Dr Ghulam Nabi Itoo and Ravinder Kumar Bhat.Shabnam Kamili and Dr Ghulam Nabi Itoo� have been designated� as Special Secretaries to Government in their respective departments while Anil Koul and Ravinder Bhat shall continue to work at their present places of postings till further orders.
