3 booked for violating prohibitory orders

Excelsior Correspondent JAMMU, Sept 26: Three persons were booked for violating prohibitory orders issued by Deputy Commissioner Jammu in wake of COVID-19 pandemic. As per police sources, three persons identified as Gulshan Kumar, son of Harbans Lal, Ravi Kumar, son of Satpaul and Ajay Kumar, son of Janak Raj, all resident of Ward Number 9 RS Pura were booked for violating prohibitory orders issued by Deputy Commissioner Jammu in wake of COVID-19 pandemic. A case under FIR Number 193/2020 under section 188 and 269 IPC has been registered at Police Station RS Pura and investigation started.
