RAMBAN, July 29: A lady married around three weeks back allegedly committed suicide by pouring kerosene oil on herself in her residence in Hochak, Tehsil Pogal Paristan, here today.
As per police sources, a lady identified as Sapna Devi (21), wife of Sandeep Singh of Hochak Tehsil Pogal Paristan allegedly committed suicide by pouring kerosene oil on her in her residence.
On getting information, police team rushed to the spot and shifted the body of the deceased woman to Primary Health Centre (PHC) Ukhral for autopsy.
After completing medical and legal formalities, the body of the deceased lady, who was married around three weeks back, was handed over to legal heirs for last rites.
Ramsoo Police has taken cognizance in this regard.
