JAMMU, July 14: Mobile Internet services remained suspended in entire Jammu region for sixth consecutive day today. The services were suspended in view of unrest in the Kashmir valley following the killing of Hizbul Mujahideen divisional commander Burhan Wani last Friday at Kokernag in Kashmir.
IGP Jammu, Danesh Rana told the Excelsior that the divisional administration will tomorrow review the situation before taking a decision on when to withdraw the ban order on mobile internet services.
He said that broadband and wi-fi services were functional.
It may be mentioned here that the divisional administration of Jammu had asked the mobile service providers to snap mobile internet services in Jammu region last Saturday afternoon after Valley unrest.
