JAMMU, Sept 7: Domana and Pouni Chak Police jointly arrested a narcotics peddler along with 26 psychotropic injections.
As per police sources, a team from Police Station Domana led by SHO Inspector Tilak Raj and assisted by Incharge Police Post Pouni Chak PSI Danish Qaiser laid a naka and intercepted a person, who was moving under suspicious circumstances.
During checking, police team recovered 26 psychotropic injections from the possession of the person and arrested him.
The arrested person was identified as Arjun Gupta, son of late Manoj Gupta, a resident of Udheywala District Jammu.
A case under FIR Number 314/2022 under section 8/21/22 NDPS Act has been registered at Police Station Domana and investigation started.
The arrests and recoveries were made under the supervision of SDPO Domana Sunil Singh and SP Rural Sanjay Sharma.
