The newly appointed in-charges and co-in-charges of the party's units in the states were advised to spend adequate time in the states assigned to them and hold regular meetings with the party leaders and workers to address the issues and strengthen the party from the grassroots level, the sources added.

"All of them were asked to work in their respective states in an organised manner, meet the party workers and leaders, listen to them, guide them and waste no time in addressing issues and concerns, if any arise," a source in the party told PTI.

"They were also advised to meet and engage with all sections of society, including youth, in their respective states and strengthen the party's toehold from the grassroots level," the source added.
