JAMMU, Jan 27: Lieutenant Governor, Girish Chandra Murmu has congratulated Muzaffar Hussain Baig (Padma Bhushan), Shiv Datt Nirmohi (Padma Shri) and Javed Ahmad Tak (Padma Shri), on being conferred with Padma Awards for their valuable contributions in the field of Public Affairs, Literature & Education and Social Work respectively.
In a message, the Lt Governor has conveyed his greetings to the awardees and wished them high success in their future endeavours.
