JAMMU, July 31: The Health and Medical Education Department today restored the appointment of Dr Mohan Singh as Mission Director, National Health Mission, J&K.
The order by which Dr Yashpal Sharma had been appointed as Director National Health Mission, J&K on March 23, 2018, has been kept in abeyance on the basis of directions of the High Court at Srinagar passed in SWP No. 1443/2018 titled Dr Mohan Singh vs States of Jammu and Kashmir and others.
An order for restoration of Dr Mohan Singh as Mission Director, National Health Mission, J&K, was issued today by Dr Pawan Kotwal, Principal Secretary to Government, Health and Medical Education Department.
