JAMMU, Feb 23: Zaneb Bi, daughter of MLA Kargil, Asgar Karbalai, passed away today in a Delhi Hospital.
The daughter of the MLA had suffered grievous burn injuries on February 11 at her residence in Gandhi Nagar, Jammu, due to cylinder blast. After initial treatment at Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu, she was shifted by the family to a Delhi Hospital for specialized treatment.
However, the girl succumbed to her injuries today morning after which her body was flown to Jammu. Her burial took place this evening at Gujjar Nagar graveyard.
Chief Minister, Mehbooba Mufti has expressed grief over the demise of daughter of the MLA Kargil. She conveyed her heartfelt sympathies to the bereaved family and prayed for peace to the departed soul.
