JAMMU, July 3: MK Cricket Academy Akhnoor booked their place in the final of the 1st P.L. Memorial Juniors Cricket Tournament with a commanding victory over Fury Falcons at the Government Higher Secondary School (GHSS), Akhnoor.
After winning the toss, MK Cricket Academy opted to bat first and posted an imposing 214/4 in 20 overs. Yatin Radhe starred with a blistering 77 off 31 balls, while Yuvraj Radhe contributed 44 off 42 deliveries. Naksh Raina added 21 runs. For Fury Falcons, Manik claimed two wickets and Arman picked up one.
In reply, Fury Falcons were bowled out for 78 in 17.4 overs. Manik top-scored with 15, while Neeraj Sharma made 10. Yatin Radhe and Ekansh claimed three wickets each, with Sayam Malhotra taking two. Amrit Lal and Yuvraj Banal chipped in with one wicket apiece. Yatin Radhe was named Player of the Match for his outstanding all-round performance. The tournament is being organised by Singh Cricket Club Akhnoor.
