Migration of border people

Sir,
It was inevitable since the day Pak army started shelling border areas on Indian side-migration of border people. These people have been braving bullets since Pak resorted to unprovoked firing.
Now they have been forced to leave their homes and hearths for safer places. Migration has now become a part of their routine life. They have been made to live like that. But only they know how much it costs them.
They can neither cultivate their lands, nor can they rear their cattle. Not only that, their children suffer the most. They cannot go to schools nor can they play in the fields. After migration, they are asked to live in tented accommodation which furtheir compounds their problems.
In  the past, many people lost their lives to snake bites in tents. The tented accommodation is too small to  provide sufficient shelter to them in  rainy season or during hot sun.
These people complain of official apathy as necessary measures have not been taken up by the Government so far. Though many minister visited the affected families to assess the situation but no concrete action is visible on the ground. There should  be no delay  in the matter.
Yours etc….
