DODA, Mar 23: The indefinite strike of the MGNREGA employees of Rural Develop-ment from district Doda entered the fourth consecutive day here today.
On the fourth consecutive day, the agitating MGNREGA workers of the RDD held peaceful demonstration in the office complex of Assistant Commiss-ioner development (ACD) here today. These employees are on strike/ protest demonstration in support of their demands.
These employees demanded that Govt should frame a policy for the regularization of MGNREGA staff of the RDD. They said that employees are on agitational path since long and Govt is least bothered about it. The Govt has been forcing the workers to disturb law and order and come out on the roads.
They further said that it is now do or die situation for the workers. They have decided take this struggle to the logical conclusion.
