JAMMU, Apr 20: The Fashion and Interior Design Students of MG Institute of Fashion Technology today put up various installations under the project Yuva.
The students were given ‘Youth’ as a theme and had to work from start to end in 10 working days. They were to interpret the theme and also go through the various processes of designing and presentation and finally had to put up installations whereby the interior design students arranged the set ups.
As per the handout jury members of the event were Author and Trainer, Geetika Kohli Amla; Entrepreneur, Chitwan Wazir; Actress and Anchor, Amar Chauhan and Councellor and Content Creator, Devika Mehta.
Guests of Honour were Sohail Kazmi, Senior Journalist; Sandhya Gupta, Designer and Tarun Uppal, Anna Hazare Core Committee Member and Pardeep Dutta, Bureau Chief Times Now.
There were six installations in total on various interpretations of youth.
The winning team was-‘Log Kya Kahenge’ and the runner-up team was ‘Cutran’.
Maansi Gupta, Chairperson of MG Institute of Fashion Technology lauded the efforts of her staff members.
