Meditation among students

Sir,
Students or our youth in order to perform better in examinations and also in different aspects of life fall prey to stress. Some of the obvious and most common reasons of stress are peer pressure, expections, compettion, relationships etc.
Meditation, an ancient practice is believed to help relieve stress, lessen depression, improving memory and even social intelligence. Schools should introduce meditation into the broader school culture by starting school assemblies with a brief mindful practice for the well being of the students and staff.
