DODA, May 31: A man shot dead his two sons before killing self in Upper Gallo area of tehsil Kahara, in this district late tonight.
As per police sources, a man identified as Sunit Singh, son of Chuni Lal, a resident of Upper Gallo shot dead his two sons Kamal Kant (Class 9th student) and Chander Kant (Class 11th student) with rifle and later shot self also. Trio died on the spot.
On getting information, police team led by SDPO Gandoh Shahzada Kabir Matto, SHO Gandoh Inspector Vikram Singh and Incharge Police Post Kahara rushed to the spot.
A case under relevant Sections has been registered at Police Station Gandoh and investigation started.
When contacted, SDM Thathri Athar Amin Zargar told EXCELSIOR that all the three persons are dead and their bodies will be handed over to family members after completing legal and medical formalities for last rites.
