JAMMU, Nov 20: A man has been booked for raping a girl or marriage pretext.
As per police sources, a complaint has been lodged by a girl with Police Station Nowabad stating that a man identified as Naresh Kumar made physical relation with her in a hotel on the pretext of marrying her, but later refused.
Acting over the complaint, a case under FIR Number 167/19 under Section 376 IPC has been registered at Nowabad Police Station and investigation started.
