JAMMU, July 22: Vijaypur police arrested a man along with 16 bottles of illicit liquor, a police official said.
The arrested person has been identified as Devi Dass, son of Jeet Ram, a resident of Pathankot.
A case under FIR Number 102/17 under Section 48-A Excise Act has been registered at Vijaypur police station and investigation started.
Police team led by SHO Vijaypur Inspector Suraj Pathania made the arrest under the supervision of SDPO Vijaypur Abhishek Sharma and SSP Samba Anil Magotra.
