SAMBA, Oct 3: The Government has ordered Magisterial inquiry into the circumstances that led to death of Chetan Tatial, son of Anchal Dass of village Jatwal in Ghagwal tehsil of the Samba district in a Road Traffic Accident (RTA) on September 29 at 6-30 pm at Diani near here.

The Sub Divisional Magistrate, Ghagwal has been appointed the inquiry officer to conduct a fair, impartial and independent inquiry into the incident and ascertain the actual cause and circumstances leading to the accident, including the condition of the road and other relevant road safety measures, available records/ evidence and whether any negligence, deficiency, omission or lapse on the part of any individual, agency or department contributed to the accident.
The SDM Ghagwal in handout said that any person having direct knowledge of the incident, eyewitness account, information, documentary evidence, photographs/ videos or any other relevant information concerning the accident should come forward and submit the same to him.
