JAMMU, June 17: State president, VHP advocate Leela Karan Sharma has opposed the statement of Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti advocating for dialogue as the only option to solve the present crisis in Valley.
Criticizing the statement, VHP leader said with whom Chief Minister wants that the dialogue should be held. If she favours talks with Pakistan then she is mistaken as the neighboring country has been responsible for blood bath in the State by sending armed desperados inside the J&K from across the border for last 28 years.
Pakistan as well as separatists is responsible for killing of thousands of innocent people in the State as well as the jawans of security forces and police so instead of holding dialogue with a rouge country Pakistan should be taught a befitting lesson by attacking the terrorist camps existing at its soil and smashing them.
Leela Karan said likewise no dialogue should be held with separatists who are the agents of Pakistan and propagating the disruptive philosophy in the State provoking one section of society against another and sowing the seeds of hatred among the communities.
The VHP leader said the separatists and Pakistan are responsible for the exodus of minority Hindus, Sikhs as well as some nationalist Muslims from Kashmir valley and hilly reaches of Jammu region and till they do not shun the path of violence no talks should be held with them. He asserted that J&K is the integral part of India and the Government of India should take steps to free the PoK, Gilgit Baltistan which are under illegal occupation of Pakistan as per the 1994 Parliamentary resolution.
