JAMMU, June 1: On the auspicious occasion of the 54th Raising Day of Ladakh Scouts Regimental Centre, Ladakh Scouts remembered the valour and sacrifice of its martyrs, who laid down their lives in the service of the Nation in the newly constructed War Memorial at Ladakh Scouts Regimental Centre, Leh.
To commemorate the occasion, a band symphony was organized in the lawns of newly constructed War Memorial.
A large number of ex-servicemen including veer naries were present during this momentous occasion and were felicitated by Lieutenant General VP Singh Colonel of the Regiment, JAK RIF and Ladakh Scouts.
The ceremony concluded with the salutation to the Nation, singing of the regimental song and the thundering war cry of “Ki Ki So So Lahargyalo”.
