LEH, Aug 13: The Union Territory administration in Ladakh has allocated the Housing and Urban Development and Transport departments to 2012 batch AGMUT cadre IAS officer Arava Gopi Krishna, with immediate effect.
According to an order issued by the General Administration Department, Krishna, who is serving as Administrative Secretary, will hold charge of both departments until further orders.
The Administration has also assigned additional charges to three other officers.
As per the order, Shurbir Singh, Commissioner/Secretary, will hold the charge of Administrative Secretary, Disaster Management, Relief, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction, while Laltinkhuma Franklin, Commissioner/Secretary, will hold the charge of Administrative Secretary, Forest, Ecology and Environment.
Similarly, IA&AS officer Tsewang Tharchin, Commissioner/Secretary, has been assigned the additional charge of Commissioner, GST.
