Koul asks BJP ministers to restart mass contact programme

SRINAGAR, June 4: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) general secretary, (Organization), Ashok Koul while addressing party workers, office bearers and district presidents of Kashmir zone, today stressed on re-starting a mass contact program under the leadership of concerned ministers of BJP in all the districts of Kashmir to highlight BJP’s achievements and future programs.
Koul was addressing party workers at BJP’s Srinagar office where he highlighted achievements of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Government during the past four years.
He said especially, the unique model of his governance is people to people contact and his vision for poor and downtrodden.  Koul selected a team of 10 BJP ministers and directed them to visit each concerned district for which they have already been made incharge to address the grievances of people on the spot besides explaining the BJP’s future vision to them.
He said Deputy Chief Minister, Kavinder Gupta has been assigned charge of Srinagar district to meet people there for redressal of their grievances, while Sunil Sharma will tour Budgam district, Sat Sharma, Ganderbal, Dr Devender Manyal,  Anantnag, Ajay Nanda,  Kulgam and Shopian, Shakti Parihar  Pulwama,  Abdul Gani Kohli,  Baramulla, Sham Choudhary,  Kupwara and  Rajeev Jasrotia,  Bandipora.
He said it is high time to build a fresh contact with the people of Kashmir on ground and to apprise them about the future vision of BJP about good governance.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr Narinder Singh, the State general secretary of BJP, who is also Incharge Kashmir affairs asked the district presidents to take the governance model of BJP to the grass root level so that people get maximum benefit of the party’s governance model.
