Kishtwar deputation meets NCP State president

JAMMU, Apr 8: A delegation from Chenab Valley, Kishtwar  led by Aijaz Ahmed Naik called on Former Minister Thakur Randhir Singh NCP State president and discussed various problems being faced by the people of the area, here today.
The delegation discussed the problems, like the only highway which remains mostly closed because of rains and snow, asa result essential itemss of life like ration LPG vegetables and medicines fall short. The substandard Atta, Rice being supplied to the people that too had been reduced from 15kg rice to 5 Kg.
The people living in Marwah Daksin Padder and in the interior are leading the most miserable lives, while the Govt machinery has totally failed to readdress their sufferings.
NCP Chief Thakur Randhir Singh  praised the role of State NCP unit Kishtwar for playing a secular role in maintaining peace in the area and further asked them to raise the public issues like development, employment to the unemployed youth  and also issue of ration which is in scarcity since long.
The newly promoted State Secretary NCP alongwith R S Billowaria General Secretary and spokesman, Shahnawaz Ahanger, Ajit Bhagat, Mohd Iqbal, Surjeet Kumar, Maqbool Ahmed and Shahnawaz Ahmed were present on the occasion.
