JAMMU, May 23: KC International School organized a grand leadership programme to mark the beginning of the new academic session, showcasing youthful enthusiasm, discipline and leadership qualities among students.
The ceremony was graced by chief guest Anita Sharma, DIG, CD and SDRF, while guests of honour included Anu Sharma, Isha Sharma, Assistant Professor, International Centre for Cross Cultural Research and Associate NCC Officer and Amit Gupta, Senior Executive Engineer, Konkan Railways. The special guest, Randhir Singh Slathia, Chief Spokesperson, Hindu Sang JKUT and Chaitanya Chowdhary, President KCIS.
The programme commenced with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp. Vice Principal Roma Gupta welcomed the gathering and highlighted the importance of integrity, responsibility and service in leadership.
A synchronized march past by the newly elected student council was followed by the oath-taking ceremony, during which Principal Anupama Sinha administered the oath to the council members.
Addressing the students, chief guest emphasized perseverance, discipline and ethical leadership, motivating them to become responsible citizens and agents of positive change. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks by Principal Anupama Sinha and the National Anthem.
