Jammu, Dec 16: A team of eight Karatekas from J&K left for Mumbai for participation in the 41st IKFI Championship which is going to be held between December 22 to 24 at Panvel, Maharashtra.
The championship has been organized by MKA and IKFI (India). The team has been selected by Renmei Goju Ryu Karate Do Association, J&K in different Weight Categories to represent Jammu & Kashmir at the National Level Championship.
The selected Karatekas are Aryan Dev Singh, Sachin Singh, Rohit Sharma, Ankur Kapoor, Mohit Khajuria, Ishan Verma, Shiv Sharma and Rudhr Dewan. Besides participants, Jyoti Rajput; Principal & Shehan Sanjeev Dewan and Instructor Ravi Rajinder Kumar are also accompanying this team.
