JAMMU, Sept 26: For his outstanding contribution in sports for last over 30 years, Vikas Gupta of Sericulture Development Department Jammu, former outstanding Judoka and former Joint Secretary of Judo Federation of India was honoured with Bharat Excellence Award and Indo International Emerging Star Award for the year 2018 Lt Gen KM Seth, former Governor of Tripura and Chhattisgarh in a felicitation function held at New Delhi, recently.
The function was organised by Friendship Forum of India, wherein different people from their respective fields were honoured.
