JTC, SKF warn to intensify agitation

JAMMU, Oct 22: To decide the future course of action the Jagti Tenement Committee (JTC) and Soan Kashmir Front (SKF) today warned to block National Highway on October 27 in case the demands were not met by that day and Government does not come out with a proper solution to the demands of the displaced Pandits.
The activists of two organisations in the 21st day of their chain hunger strike today held a protest demonstration in support of their demands. In a statement president of JTC and SKF, Shadi Lal Pandita said that relief holders and displaced youth from all camps will participate in the protest on that day to show solidarity with the cause.
Pandita, while reiterating the demands accused the Government of treating them step motherly and showing a callous attitude towards the demands.
