JAMMU, Mar 11: J&K UT Cycling Championship which commenced yesterday concluded at MA Stadium, here today.
The Championship was declared open by Ravi Singh, Divisional Sports Officer J&K Sports Council in the presence of President J&K UT Cycling Association, Ravinder Singh, Sarwant Singh Gill-Secretary, Ravi Salgotra-Treasurer, Om Parkash, Vikesh Sharma, Gurpreet Singh, Ajay Kumar and Vikas Gupta.
About 100 Cyclists from the districts of Jammu, Kathua, Srinagar, Samba, Rajouri, Budgam, Ganderbal and Baramulla participated in the event.
The medals and certificates were presented to the winners by Prof (Dr) Ashutosh Sharma, Associate Vice President of Indian Olympic Association who was the chief guest on the concluding function. He distributed the prizes in the presence of President of the Association, Ravinder Singh; Ravi Singh, Divisional Sports Officer and Sanjay Sharma.
Other office bearers of various Associations and officials present on the occasion were Sarwant Singh, Raj Sharma, Vikas Gupta, Ajay Sharma, Sharat Chander Singh, Yudhvir Singh, Vinod Bhatia, Rajan Gupta, Sahil Sharma and Mohammad Saleem Sheikh.

U-14 (MTB) Zaid-1st, Tanmay-2nd, Ajay Kumar- 3rd; Under-17 (Road) Adil Altaf-1st, Harsh Singh-2nd, Hashim Nabi-3rd; Under-17 (MTB) Harsh Singh-1st, Harsh Tomar-2nd, Akash-3rd; Under-19 (Road) Mashooq Maqbool-1st, Adil Altaf-2nd, Amit Samyal-3rd; Under-19 (MTB) Manav Radha-1st, Harsh Singh-2nd, Harsh Tomar-3rd; Senior (Road) Waheed-1st, Adil Ahmad-2nd, Parvez-3rd; Senior (MTB) Akash Bhat-1st, Ansh Dubey-2nd, Manav Radha-3rd;  Time Trial (Senior) Wahid-1st, Mohd Saleem-2nd and Zamin-3rd.
