JK Montessorie British School organizes Inter School competition

JAMMU, Mar 1: JK Montessorie British School organized an Inter School competition for pre-primary students in the school premises here today. Over 100 students drawn from various schools participated in the competition and the participating schools included Flower Kids, Kids Heaven, Child World, Apple Kids, Foster Kids and JK Montessorie British school.
The event comprised of different competitions like Eng Calligraphy sorting of colourful balls, Drawing and colouring, frog race and Hurdle Race.
The students of various schools were very excited to be a part of the event and displayed their talent with zeal and enthusiasm. In sorting the Colourful balls, Hrithvik from Apple Kids school got 1st prize, Kridey from Foster Kids secured 2nd prize and Mrinank from JKMS won 3rd prize. In Frog race of class nursery, the 1st and 2nd prize was clinched by Arush and Priya of Apple Kids, while Harshit of JK Montessorie won 3rd prize respectively. Similarly, In frog race of class LKG, the 1st prize was clinched by Divesh of Apple Kids, 2nd prize was won by Divansh of Child World Playway and 3rd prize went to Vansh of Apple Kids Play way school. From Hurdle race of class UKG, the 1st prize was won by Simratjeet Singh of JKMS, Mahipal of Kids Heaven got 2nd prize and the 3rd prize was shared by Nitish of Child World and Adiesh of Kids Heaven school respectively. In Calligraphy, Pranav of Apple Kids got 1st prize, Mahi of Flower Kids won 2nd prize and the 3rd place went to Kavyansh of Kids Heaven.
In Drawing and Colouring Activity, Kavya from Apple Kids got 1st prize, Sahil from Kids Heaven secured 2nd prize and Tanvi from JKMS won 3rd prize.
Director Academics Rajni Gupta, while lauding performance of the children said that such activities spark the inner skills of leadership, responsibility, innovation and creativity of the children.
