KATHUA, Feb 25: JDS Gurukul Kathua celebrated its 4th Annual Day with pomp and show here today. The theme of function was ‘Journey of Dreams 2024’.
The function was celebrated in Municipal Council Town Hall Kathua in which the school teachers, students and parents in large numbers participated. Dr Bharat Bhushan, Director, Social Welfare Jammu was the Chief Guest while former Principal, DIET Rakesh Sharma and President Awardee Headmaster Sanjay Sehgal were the guests of honour on the occasion. Joginder Sharma Chairman of the Gurukul presided over the function.
The students presented a variety of cultural and entertaining programme which was lauded by the audience. The programme on Unity in Diversity of the Country, ill effects of social media and dance presented by the tiny tots stole the show. Dr Bharat Bhushan, Director Social Welfare, Jammu in his address wished the students all success in upcoming exams and appreciated the achievements of the school students.
