JAMMU, May 11: JDA Employees Welfare Association (JDAEWA) today discussed their demands in a meeting held under the chairmanship of Association president, Mohan Singh.
The demands that figured in the meeting were release of 7th Pay Commission, enhancement of wages to daily wage workers/casual labourer and technical/non-technical employees as per Government Order No 27-F dated 25-01-2018, regularization of contractual employees who have completed seven years of service and extension of grade to helpers.
The meeting decided that if their demands are not fulfilled within seven days, the Association will go on strike.
