REASI, Aug 6: Son of the soil, Jayesh Gupta today won the best director award for his film “Bacche Mann Ke Sacche” at the International Film Festival of Jammu and Kashmir held at spiritual growth centre, Katra.
This is the fourth award which has been won by Jayesh Gupta in any International Film Festival. The award was presented by South Indian Cine Star Suman Talwar and Bollywood actor/director Yashpal Sharma. Previously, Jayesh Gupta had won awards at Karnataka International Film Festival, Goa International Film Festival and Jammu Film Festival.
The 2-day International Film Festival was organized jointly by Universal Film Makers Council (Karnataka) and Harman Culture and Education Society Jammu.
‘Bacche Mann Ke Sacche’ is a fantabulous film which has comedy, seriousness and social message as well. The main protagonists of the film are JS Babli, Naresh Kesar, Rakesh Gupta, Shriya Gupta, Ananya Verma, Amit Bogal, Narang Kumar, Sonia Abrol and Tushar.
Jayesh Gupta is also doing good in politics. He has been raising various issues of the general public as an Aam Aadmi Party leader. In the last two years, he has protested numerous times for the genuine causes of the public.
