JAMMU, Sept 16: Lupin Limited, a transnational pharmaceutical company having its manufacturing plant at Bari Brahmana today organized inter-school painting competition at Government Higher Secondary School Utterbehni. The theme of the competition was “Beti Bachao Beti Padhao”.
This was the first time that Lupin Limited, Jammu organized a painting competition for children where they could express themselves through the medium of colors. This competition received overwhelming response from various schools from Utterbehni area.
The students from Government Higher Secondary School Utterbehni, Government Middle School Lovli, Government High School, Katwalta, Government Middle School Sangar and four other schools participated. Each participant showcased their talent with colors for “Beti Bachao Beti Padhao”.
On the occasion, Kush Kumar, Hitender Verma, Ajay Jaiswal from Lupin Limited, Jammu, RS Sambyal, Principal, Government Higher Secondary School Utterbehni and local people were also present.
The motive behind this competition was to encourage the young artists from various schools to showcase their talent and depict the current happenings through their artwork.
