JAMMU, Nov 14: Indira Public Higher Secondary School Shant Nagar Janipur along with its Indira Kids Play Way School organized Annual Prize Distribution function.
On the occasion, students presented versatile performances depicting various regions of our country.
Managing Director of the Institution Sanjay Padha was the chief guest, while Principal Rashu Padha was the guest of honour. Assistant Principal and Coordinators or different wings were also present on the occasion.
The welcome speech was delivered by Co-ordinator Primary Wing Renuka Saroch.
The function was started with the blessings of Gaanasha–a dance performance performed by class 6th students. Class 4th and 5th students performed on Rajasthani folk song with zeal. Little toddlers presented energetic performance on ‘Chogada’.
The students of Indira Public School also highlighted ‘Dogri tradition’ by presenting Dogri Folk Dance item. Energetic performance on Punjabi song was showcased by the students of class 4th and 2nd.
Later, cash prizes and gifts were distributed among the meritorious students of Board Exam results 2018-19.
Trophies were also presented to the students, who participated in cultural programme held today.
The function concluded with the concluding speech of Co-ordinator of Senior Wing Sunita Sharma.
In the end, vote of thanks was presented by Principal of the institution Rashu Padha.
