WARSAW: India and Poland today concluded an agreement for cooperation in agriculture benefitting from each other’s experience in agriculture.
This was among a number of agreements signed in the presence of Vice President Hamid Ansari, Minister of State for Micro Small and Medium Enterprises Giriraj Singh and their Polish counterparts.
Both the countries said they looked forward to stepping up cooperation in the fields of solar energy, food processing, solid waste management, mining and civil aviation.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr Ansari expressed hope that his meetings and today’s talks will widen bilateral cooperation in different fields. India will also benefit from Poland in the railways and defence sector.
Mr Ansari also conveyed India’s interest in investing in Poland. (AGENCIES)
