JAMMU, June 3: An online guest lecture for the students of MBA 2nd and 4th Semester was organized by Management Studies Department of Institute of Management Sciences (IMS), Jammu, here today.
Dr Isha Sharma, Assistant Professor, ICccR&HRM, University of Jammu was the resource person for the lecture.
She is also the Regional Mentor of Change for Atal Innovation Mission, NitiAayog, Government of India.
She spoke on the topic “Change Management: Managing People-Tech Interfaces in Future Workplaces”.
The session started with a welcome address by Asst. Prof Ms. Gurshish Kour. This was followed by an hour long session by Dr Isha on how futuristic skills such as HR analytics, Artificial intelligence and Digital technology will drive the employment opportunities and organizations in the coming years.
The lecture ended with a Question Answer session with the students and faculty.
The session was concluded by Assistant Prof (Dr) Meenakshi Sharma, who presented the formal vote of thanks.
