JAMMU, Sept 18: ICICI Lombard has taken several steps to pro-actively reach out to and support its customers affected by the floods in Jammu & Kashmir.
ICICI Lombard has introduced a dedicated helpline number 18002666 in this regard. To expedite claim processing, the company has introduced Advance Payment on Account facility for reimbursement of claims.
For cashless claims, the company is closely coordinating with its network garages to ensure speedy repairs of vehicles damaged in the floods.
