SRINAGAR, Sept 4: Government today ordered transfers and postings of one IAS and four KAS officers with immediate effect.
According to the order issued by the General Administration Department, Vinod Kaul, Secretary, Technical Education, Youth Services and Sports Department has been transferred and posted as Secretary, ARI and Trainings Department relieving Shagufta Parveen, Secretary, Public Enterprises Department of the additional charge of the post.
Sudhanshu Panday, Principal Secretary, Power Development Department will hold the charge of the post of Administrative Secretary, Technical Education, Youth Services and Sports Department in addition of his own duties till further orders.
Abdul Rashid War, Joint Director Hospitality and Protocol (Hqrs) has been transferred and posted as Joint Director (Administration) in the Directorate of Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution Department, Kashmir vice Bashir Ahmad Khan, who has been posted as Joint Director Information, Kashmir.
Mussarat-ul-Islam Soharwardy, under orders of posting as Joint Director Information, Kashmir has been posted as Officer on Special Duty with Minister of State for Home, Tourism, PHE, Revenue and Housing.
Mohammad Hanief Malik, Deputy Director in the Directorate of CAPD Department, Jammu has been transferred and posted as Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Poonch against an available vacancy.
