JAMMU, June 4: Dr Dara Singh, Senior Orthopedic Surgeon and Ex HoD GMC Jammu delivered a lecture on ‘Importance of Health and Wellness’ as a part of special interest programme at MV International School, here today.
Dr Singh in his address said that complete health can be attained only when its physical, mental, spiritual and social components are taken care of equally, adding that a nation can progress only when its citizens maintain good health. He advised the children against drug abuse, by giving a slogan, “save yourself from taking the first step towards drugs”.
The Chairman of the School, H L Abrol presented vote of thanks.
