JAMMU, Jan 11: High Court has restrained Services Selection Board from finalizing the selection process for various posts.
The direction was passed in a petition filed by Rajinder Singh and others seeking cancellation of examination conducted on December 25, 2015 for various posts of State as well as district cadre on the ground of mass copying.
After hearing Advocates Mohd Shaqir Hussain and Ashwani Kumar Sharma appearing for the petitioners, Vacation Judge of the High Court, Justice Janak Raj Kotwal issued notice to Chief Secretary, Chairman SSB and Secretary SSB returnable within in four weeks.
In the meanwhile, court directed that the selection process be not finalized before the next date of hearing.
