JAMMU, July 9: High Court today reserved order in the bail application filed by encounter specialist SI Shiv Kumar Sharma and his PSO Mohd Ayub.
The encounter specialist and his PSO were arrested under Section 307 RPC, ¾ Explosive Substance Act, 2/25/7/25 Arms Act, 3 Prevention and Suppression of Sabotages Act.
After hearing Senior Advocate Sunil Sethi with Advocate Parimoksh Seth appearing for Shiv Kumar Sharma and his PSO and Senior AAG Gagan Basotra in length, Justice Mansoor Ahmed Mir reserved the bail application for order.
