JAMMU, Feb 27: Green Field Academy scored a decent total of 203 runs in 53 overs after put into bat by Sehwag Cricket Academy in the ongoing 2-Day matches Cricket Tournament, being organized jointly by Country Cricket Academy and Project Model School at Gharota, near here.
Rahul Choudhary was the top scorer with 61 runs, while Areeb Butt and Manish contributed 22 and 18 runs respectively. For Sehwag Academy, Harman Singh was the pick of the bowlers who took 5 important wickets, while Jasvir took 3 wickets and Adishwar claimed one. In reply, Sehwag Academy were 37/4 in 21 overs when stumps were drawn on day-1 here today. Shivansh was unbeaten on 14 runs, while Harsh contributed 20 runs to the total. The Tournament is being held under the overall supervision of Vikrant Sharma, Principal Project Model School, Jammu and former Ranji Trophy Player, Vivek Sharma, Director of Country Cricket Academy.
